Presentation format
The whole team must be present.
Bring your complete notebook, especially your requirements document.
| 10 minutes |
Demonstrate your system: present your choice of use cases and various aspects of the functionality of the system; showcase your system.
Hints: Prepare a script of the demonstration and set up the initial data for the demo such as, the user accounts, passwords, and initial required objects. Organize the presentation so that it flows well. Designate a team member as the presenter. The presenter may change during the presentation, but it should be smooth and quick. |
| 5 minutes |
I will ask for an additional demonstration of a use case or two at my discretion. |
| 5 minutes |
A short interview about the overall project development:
- Clearly state the level of completeness of the implementation w.r.t. the requirements document; be ready to prove it if asked.
- The team leader should be ready to define each team member's contributions to the project.
- Each team member should briefly state their own contributions, as well. Each team member is expected to be familiar with the whole project.
- Provide some simple metrics about your project, such as the number of packages, classes, the number of lines of your code, including the class sources, ant files, html files, template files, etc.
