I have extensive experience in utilizing machine learning techniques to study problems in domains of Cancer Prediction, Malware Clustering, Real Time System Scheduler Optimization, Financial Market Prediction, and Gene Classification, etc. Detailed descriptions of my research projects are available at here. Furthermore, I am the lead developer of the Web-based Noah's Arkive, which is a web-based system that allows pathologists to search for desired pathological images. The system is well recognized in the community of veterinary medicine, our customers are not only fellows from academia but also researchers from industry. Moreover, I am also responsible for the development of certain components of the VetView system.

Besides the experience in academia, I have also accumulated 10 years of software development experience in various projects in industry (Cable & Wireless Communications - LSE: CWC, Webasto AG.), research facilities (IBM Research), and independent contracts, with more than 5 years of solid work experience in the IT domain of industry (supervisory level) and universities.
